Caprice Chalet - Floors

There is a wide variety of miniatures to collect in Style Boutique 2/Style Savvy and these can be used to decorate rooms at the Caprice Chalet or at your Boutique. Miniatures fall under different categories and this guide will detail all the Floors available.

Floors are used to decorate the base of the dolls house room you are decorating. They are either default in the game (meaning you have them automatically) or are received as a gift from a NPC. There are 43 floors to collect in the game. The Spooky Ruined Paving flooring was originally part of the Girls Mode 3 Halloween DLC pack, but has been incorporated into the main game of the EUR/AUS and NA versions of the game.

  1. I've been trying to make Beach and Wedding rooms, but so far everyone wants to use them for modeling. Is there furniture I'm missing? I have the clam and pearl, starfish, toy boats, and a mini lighthouse. For the wedding room, I have a wedding themed, wreath, snowglobe, and wedding register pedestal.

    1. There is no specific beach or wedding themed room that can be rented it. Customers will always refer to them as modelling rooms. I've checked a number of sources and there is no beach or wedding themed rooms unfortunately.

    2. That's disappointing. ): How about tea rooms? I tried making one out of an Eastern-inspired room and some cushions on the floor, but it was only rentable as a knick-knack room. I guess the princess carpet doesn't mean anything either then huh? I already made the Luxury room, but I was hoping I could make something more than that.

    3. The closest thing to a tea room would be a cafe or dining room. There are no eastern rooms that I have found yet, but I don't believe they exist in the game.
There's only a small amount of rooms you can design. I wish Nintendo had put more thought into it and added designs like Japanese style rooms or party rooms.
I've used the princess carpet for bedrooms and boutique designs.

  2. hi! wonderful blog you're running! i've had this game for years and still use it bunches! just wondering, is the 'Natural Herringbone Floor' one of the floors that we're supposed to already have? bc i'm looking through the listed floors as a checklist and that's the only one i'm missing. if it is something we're supposed to already have, then i guess my game is just bugged or something idk. if you could answer, that'd be awesome! if not, that's perfectly fine too! thank you!

    1. The Natural Herringbone Floor should be one you already have or could possibly purchase. Game guides list it as one you do not need to unlock. Hope you figure it out :)
