Another successful poll for this month has been completed! The question for July was 'What is your favourite job in Style
Boutique 2?' and there was a large amount of votes this month.
So the results are in and here are the results:
1st = Boutique Owner
2nd = Hairdresser
3rd = Photo Shoot Model
4th = Designer
5th = Make-Up Artist
6th = Fashion Show Model
This months poll was an easy guess at what would be number one as the Boutique Owner is the best job in the game and the one you spend the most time doing. I can see why Fashion Show Model came in last because the fashion shows are so frustrating to get a good score in.
The
new poll for the month of August is 'What is your favourite train station location?' To vote, simply scroll down the side bar and the poll is
under the game box images. If you cannot view the poll, please visit the
blog using the web version. The blog is not available in mobile view on
some devices. If you are on a mobile, select 'View web version' at the
bottom of the page.
Excited
to see what everyone's favourite location to visit is in the game. I'd say I love the Meadows because of the beautiful landscapes and fun activities, but Maple Crescent is fun to visit as well.

Caprice Chalet - Flower Themed Rooms
At
the Caprice Chalet, you can create different themed rooms and rent them
to characters in the game. Only certain themed rooms can be rented out
to characters and must have specific items placed in them to fit into a
rental category. This post will look at the flower themed rooms and
renting them to characters.
Flower themed rooms are ones that are decorated with a wide variety of flowers and feature miniatures focused on gardening supplies. Flower themed rooms are similar to Florists but not the same. Flower themed rooms are not a shop and customers will not refer to them as a shop. They will refer to them as a place to visit because they love flowers. Ideal items to use to decorate a flower themed room includes any of the plant/flower items, florist display and gardening themed items found in the miscellaneous category. Make-up sets themed around flowers or the environment are perfect to place in the room as well.
Characters will appear at your boutique with a small house symbol above their head. Select this character and they will tell you how they noticed a room at the Caprice Chalet that had a certain theme. With flower themed rooms, the character will talk about how much they love being surrounded with flowers.
The character will request to rent the room out and you can either select yes or no. The rental periods for rooms is 24 hours and renting out rooms is a good method for earning money without effort in the game.
Characters will stay in the Caprice Chalet room for about 24 hours. When you visit the Caprice Chalet, rooms that are rented out will have a small person icon displayed on them. If you select this room during the rental period, the character will tell you how they are going or how business is doing. Visit the room after the 24 hour period and the character is ready to leave the room. They will thank you for allowing them to rent the room and tell you how they went. The character will then pay you the rental fee for using the room. The rental fee for flower themed rooms is $500.

Character Descriptions - Part 7
In
Style Boutique 2/Style Savvy 3, the characters you will encounter in the
game have been given some rather amusing character descriptions. When
you click on a NPC, it will bring up a preview of the character and some
information about them. It will display their name and some brief
information about their personality or hobbies. Some of the profile
descriptions are pretty normal, but there are quite a few silly or
ridiculous ones.
Here are a few examples of the amusing character descriptions of some of the NPC's in Style Boutique 2/Style Savvy 3. More posts to come because there seems to just be an abundance of these in the game.
