The
Purple Moon brand in Style Boutique 2 sells a variety of fun costume
outfits. The brand is found on the third floor of the Exhibition Hall
and the brand representative is Eliza. One of the costume outfits that
can be purchased from Purple Moon is the Mii outfit. Each item in the outfit costs $990.00 and this outfit will make you look like the Mii characters that appear on start screens and in games on the Wii, Wii U and 3DS consoles.
The Mii outfit is made up of the following items:
Mii Tunic
Mii Mittens
Mii Tights
Mii Shoes
The tunic and mittens are available in the following colours: red, orange, yellow, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, purple, pink, brown, white and black. The shoes and tights are available in black, brown and gold. All the items in the outfit fall under the Basic theme.
If you have downloaded rooms and added them to your dolls house at the Caprice Chalet, the character of the player who you downloaded the room from may visit your Boutique sometimes. These characters appear as a green character at the Boutique and their profile will show information off their profile card as well as their name.
The requests are simple for these characters and they will usually ask for only one item. The character will tell you the style they are looking for and ask you to provide them with an item that matches that style.
These characters will talk about how they enjoyed working with you at the Caprice Chalet and how they have noticed fashionable everyone is in the city.
After you have served the character at your Boutique, they may appear in other locations around the city. They will appear as a green character in locations such as Taylor Arcade. The character will let you know that they are looking forward to visiting you at the Beautician or Hair Salon soon for a make-over.

Throughout
the game, the main NPC's will visit your boutique to request new
outfits. Some characters request new outfits for an event or as their
normal outfit they wear in game. Each character has their own personal
style and a list of each characters style can be found here.
Sophie is a bright and curious girl who lives in Beaumonde City and is a close friend of your character. She has a special connection with you as your grandmothers helped bring fashion to the city many years ago. Sophie will visit your boutique requesting a new outfit to wear as her normal outfit.
Sophie's
personal style is girlyand likes items from the Marzipan Sky brand. Select the image 'girly' and design an outfit based around this
style. Remember to choose clothing items appropriate for the season,
i.e. you cannot wear just a tank top in winter as the character will
remark how they will get cold. Each character will have a budget you
will need to stay within and you can go slightly over the budget by
about $80. Once you are happy with the outfit, select Ok.
You
can select either 'Try It On' or 'Take A Look' when showing the
character the outfit you have chosen. Select the 'Try It On' option if
you are confident they will like the outfit or if you select 'Take A
Look', you will get 3 tries to try to impress the character with an
outfit.
If
you chose 'Try It On' and the character is highly impressed with the
outfit, the game will play a short animation showing the character in
their new outfit. The background of the animation changes depending on
the style the character is wearing.
Looks
like Sophie is impressed with her new outfit. She will tell you what
aspects she likes about it and usually will comment on how girly it is.
During this scene, characters will give you hints on the styles and
colours that they look for in an outfit. Sophie is a fan of girly outfits as she mentions how girly the outfit is and how it fits within her budget.
After
this, Sophie will pay you for the outfit and the amount is added to
your money in-game. Sophie will comment on how excited she is now and would like to go on a picnic. She will invite you to visit her at the Meadows which can be accessed via the train station. You do
not need to meet her immediately and can visit whenever you like. When
visiting the Meadows with Sophie, she will ask to take a photo with you
and give you a miniature item as a gift.
Occasionally when taking part in photo shoots at the Photo Studio, Zoey the photographer will suggest a special pose for you to do for the shoot. The special pose sometimes will feature an item specific to the theme of the photo shoot, i.e. an umbrella or flowers. After taking two photos, Zoey will tell you she has an idea and ask you if you would to try a special pose. The bottom 3DS screen will have two options available for you to choose:
Ok, work you magic! (Select this for the special pose)
I'd rather choose my own pose. (Select this to choose you own pose from the ones available)

The
outfit is available in six colours: pink, black, yellow, navy, dark red and light blue. The Frilly Headband is only available in white. The Waitress Top falls under the Lively and Baby-Doll themes, the Waitress Skirt falls under the Girly theme and the Frilly Headband falls under the Baby-Doll and Gothic themes.
There
is a wide variety of miniatures to collect in Style Boutique 2/Style
Savvy and these can be used to decorate rooms at the Caprice Chalet or
at your Boutique. Miniatures fall under different categories and this
guide will detail all the Chairs and Sofas items available. Miniatures can be
obtained by purchasing them at the Miniatures Shop or by receiving them
as gifts through the following methods:
Attending events with NPC's characters, i.e. visit the Restaurant with Adelaide.
Complete Design Requests from brand representatives.
Having your fortune told by Magda who came be found at train station locations.
Visiting Sasha's shows at the Live Music Club.
Completing modelling requests at the Photo Studio.
Purchasing clothes from the Exhibition Hall - once you have purchase a certain amount of items from a brand, the representative will provide you with a special miniature of their clothing.
Completing the Fashion Show. Ricky will provide you with a miniature item.
Talking to NPC characters with musical notes.
